Carleen Goetze was born and raised in Harbor Beach. She received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Allied Health Sciences from Grand Valley State University in 2014. In 2016, she received a certification in massage therapy from Lakewood School of Therapeutic massage in Port Huron along with her massage license from the state of Michigan. The following year she moved to California to further her studies in massage and other holistic practices and recieved further certifications from the University of Mt. Shasta, thus expanding her holistic toolbox. After a year, she returned to the harbor beach area. Now she’s working as a massage therapist at Heavenly Escape Massage in Harbor Beach and is offering chair massages to various workplaces in the thumb area.
